This has been granted following an appeal dated 13th May 2021 subject to the conditions in the decision notice.

The site falls within the administrative area of Thanet District Council (TDC). The adopted Development Plan for TDC currently comprises the saved policies of the Local Plan 2006, the saved policies of the Kent Waste and Minerals Local Plan (KWMLP), and any made Neighbourhood Plans. The application site does not fall within a designated Neighbourhood Plan area.
